Buckton Consulting Surveyors were engaged in land surveying services for this 28 lot subdivision on the northern edge of Warkworth’s Single House Zone.

Our expert surveyors and planners were involved in providing base data used in the design of key project elements, construction set-out, the Land Transfer subdivision survey (placing new boundary pegs), the construction as-built survey, and producing final documentation. We also liaised with Council, contractors, and other consultants to ensure the land development was completed, final Council sign-offs could be obtained, and titles issued.
